Emily is a registered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working across Australia and Hong Kong. She has worked in a range of settings including psychological services in mental health clinics, hospitals, schools, non-profit organisations, and in private practice. She offers sessions in English and conversational Cantonese.

Emily takes a client-centred, integrative approach to treatment, drawing on psychodynamic, emotion-focused, mindfulness-based, and cognitive-behavioural frameworks. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by a strong therapeutic alliance. She supports clients in exploring and processing emotional distress, inner conflict, and complex life experiences with clinical sensitivity and care. She creates a calm and respectful space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported in moving toward change and self-understanding.
